YOGA TEACHER TRAININGS

H.Y.P provides a fertile, foundational environment for students of asana wishing to deepen their personal practice, and those seeking a path of service to community and self by taking the seat of teacher. We offer many opportunities for learning and immersion throughout the year, including 200 & 300 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher Trainings for those new to teaching, and Teacher Mentoring Intensives for current teachers.  Our in-studio mentoring groups assure 1 to 1 opportunities for ongoing feedback and growth, while our Community Karma Classes offer the new yoga teacher training graduate a safe, supportive stage in which to practice and hone the essential elements of their craft.

JOIN ALEX AMOROSI, JENNIFER HOUGHTALING & H.Y.P. STUDIO in this 200 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Instructor Immersion journey to taking your teacher's seat and making it a place called home.

YOU WILL LEARN HOW TO TEACH YOGA that is authentic to who you are, and how to share your love of this beautiful practice with others. This program will focus on modern yoga as an evolving art based on the classical teachings of India. You will focus heavily on practice teaching with real-time feedback as well as learning how to integrate and communicate the wealth of knowledge you will receive about philosophy, anatomy, and mindfulness.
