Katie O'Connell 

I have been helping people feel good, and look great for the past 19 years. It is a very rewarding job! I have been successful creating innovative, safe, and effective workouts to meet every clients needs. Most importantly-I will make you work hard without even knowing it! It will be fun and the payoff will be great!

 

I have been a certified personal trainer since 2000, and a group exercise and spinning instructor since 1996.  I am certified or trained in many group exercise programs.  I love teaching on the Real Ryder! I love to ride my bike, run and compete in races of all kinds.

 

I have helped my students reach their individual goals and maintain a healthy weight and lifestyle. I am a mother of 3 beautiful girls, so I know how to multi-task and find time for family, work, exercise and fun!

I love to help people succeed and feel great, and feel that fitness goals are important. Many years ago, I started competing in 5ks, then moved on to 1/2 marathons. I qualified for the Boston Marathon in 2007, and ran Boston in 2008, 2009, 2011, and 2012.

 

It is my personal mission that every client leaves the Studio feeling, better, stronger, leaner, more relaxed, and most of all, successful.
