Our Pilates group classes are an energizing, strength-building, multi level equipment-based offering for those seeking an affordable way to establish an ongoing Pilates practice.
Develop an awareness of form, alignment and proper mechanics through safely supervised training. Commit to 2-3 group sessions per week, and get real-time, real life strong and sculpted, in and out of the Studio. Progressively more challenging repertoire will be introduced depending on the level of students present in class on that day.
Our small class format (limited to a maximum of 6 students) and individualized, hands-on approach to cueing and training, makes for a wonderfully progressive practice incorporating all the core-strengthening, stability building, joint friendly, full body conditioning and mobility work that is Pilates!
