Our iconic FALL ABUNDANCE YOGA RETREAT returns, led by Samantha Arak & Laura Villalobos!
Our 3 night/4 day retreat will be held at Good Commons Retreat Center in Plymouth, Vermont from Thursday, November 10th through Sunday, November 13th, 2022.

Think daily morning and evening dynamic and more restorative practices, delicious, locally sourced meals prepared by our private chef (we will have the retreat center all to ourselves), comfortable accommodations. The Retreat will include plenty of free time to explore local shops, hike the gorgeous Vermont landscape, indulge in a therapeutic massage or two (additional fees apply) or just carve out some quiet private replenishment space.
Yoga-focused gatherings will include a signature Open Studio Q&A, where the group will explore and breakdown poses and areas of challenge in their practice, with individualized input from Samantha and Laura.
Tuition includes 3 nights of lodging, all yoga classes and events, healthy, organically-sourced meals prepared for our group by a gourmet chef and all outdoor activities.
Rates are for private (only one available), and shared occupancy. All bathroom facilities are shared.

- Bedroom #1: 2 twin beds ($750. each)
- Bedroom #2: 2 twin beds ($750. each)
- Bedroom #3: 1 full bed ($780.); 1 twin bed ($750.)
- Bedroom #4: 1 full bed (private room/$1,000.)
- Bedroom #5: 1 full bed ($780.); 1 twin bed ($750.)
- Bedroom #6: 1 king bed ($895.); 1 twin bed ($750.)
- Loft Area: 5 twin beds ($685. each); 1 full bed ($725.)
For those students who prefer a private bedroom setting, there are additional lodging facilities available near the retreat center, just a short drive away, for a separate lodging-only fee arrangement. Please note: when registering, please indicate your preference for bedroom number and size of bed (if there are different bed sizes in that bedroom) or whether you're taking a loft bed.
A $500. deposit holds your spot or you can pay in full at the time of registration. No registration without deposit or full payment. Balance of payment is due no later than September 10th, 2022.
CANCELLATION DEADLINES:
- 60 plus days notice: Full refund of your deposit and registration to either to the credit card used when registering or as a Studio credit towards future HYP purchases.
- Less than 60 days notice: Refund of 50% of the full enrollment price to credit card or HYP account.
- 30 days or less notice: No refunds or account credits unless we're able to fill the spot with another student.

Good Commons is located in the village of Plymouth Union, Vermont, at the crossroads between Killington and Okemo ski resorts and the beautiful lakes of the Okemo Valley. Our retreat staff works to maintain an open, accepting and creative ‘home away from home.’ We are here to assist our guests in achieving the goals of their stay. We provide high quality nutritious meals with great effort towards satisfying as many dietary requests as possible.
Good Commons’ historic charm and Vermont’s natural beauty serve as the ideal setting for an inspiring yoga retreat, or health or wellness retreat. Our 750 square foot studio is fully equipped with yoga mats, blankets, straps, bolsters and blocks, to accommodate a class of up to twenty five people. The studio is open to you 24 hours a day from early morning meditation to a late night restorative practice or yoga nidra. We have a solar powered Mitsubishi heat pump dedicated to the studio, with back up heat for an extremely hot and sweaty practice.
