Pilates Standing Appointment and Equipment Group Guidelines & Policies
- Standing equipment-based sessions are scheduled by appointment only, or in pre-booked sessions.
- We require a valid stored credit card on account in order to register for any Pilates equipment session, whether a private/semi-private standing session or group class.
- Payment must be made in full prior to your scheduled session(s), and an applicable package purchase must be made in order to hold a standing time slot.
- 24 hour notice is required for cancellation of any Pilates standing appointment or Pilates Equipment Group reservations. If a standing appointment or Equipment Group reservation is canceled in less than 24 hours, you will be charged the full session fee.
- We require at least two students in any given Pilates Equipment Group session in order to hold class. Classes with only 1 registered student, 24 hours prior to the scheduled session, are subject to cancelation.
- Please note: Prior Pilates equipment experience is a prerequisite for attendance at any level 1, level 2 or mixed level Pilates Equipment Group class. Brand-new-to-equipment Pilates students MUST attend either a total of 5 Fundamental level group classes or 3 Private sessions in order to participate in any of the above classes. For the safety and comfort of all of our participants, HYP reserves the right to redirect new student who register for level 1, 2 or mixed levels classes in error, to one of our introductory options. - We do not offer transfers, refunds or extensions on any of our packages, for any reason.
- We will freeze an existing package with a valid doctor's note only (please note: chiropractor or physical therapist notes will not be accepted). Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
