Buy any Pilates Equipment Drop-In package on your initial visit, and receive 10% off your purchase (1st time packages only please). An energizing, strength-building, multi-level equipment class for all students seeking a passion for Pilates. Develop an awareness of form, alignment, and get toned and tight by committing to 2-3 drop-in sessions per week. Intermediate level exercises will be introduced depending on the level of students present on that day. Our small class format (limited to 5 students), and hands-on approach to training, make for a wonderful progressive practice incorporating all the core-strengthening, strength building, all-over body conditioning work that is Pilates!
