Join Alex Amorosi for this 8 month intensive Workshop series designed to broaden your practice and soothe your mind.
 
Each 2 hour experiential Workshop will have a different focus, reflecting the mindful, wide ranging toolbox of skills that this marvelous healer and teacher has cultivated over his many years of practice and study.

Each month, Alex will take you through a specialized series of asana that addresses different aspects of yoga practice such as healthy bio-mechanical alignment and movement patterns, asana that soothes the lower back, opening the hips, deepening back bends, and more. Alex will also end each class with an extended guided meditation to feed your connection to spirit and allow your mind to relax into its own unique beauty. 

From intelligently crafted asana sequences and energy work to in-depth exploration of functional movement and key anatomical patterns, each monthly Saturday session is a not-to-be-missed learning opportunity for students and teachers alike to immerse in practical study with one of New England’s most passionate educators of mind, movement and spirit.

Space will be limited to 25 participants. Our Movement & Mindfulness series will be conducted in a regular temperature Studio environment (no extra heat).
 
Each session will be held in H.Y.P. Wellesley at 1:00pm on the following Saturdays: September 29th; November 10th; December 8th (all 2018); January 19th; February 9th; March 9th, April 6th and May 4th (all 2019).
