Join 7 time marathoner, run coach and H.Y.P. yoga instructor, Cindy Gonzalez, for a special Yoga for Runners Workshop that will leave you feeling longer, stronger and ready to reach your running-related goals!

This class is specially designed for runners and athletes, featuring lots of hip opening and longer hold stretches targeting the hamstrings, calves and quads. 

We'll work in some stabilizing postures. for core and hip strength, and focus on releasing tension in the places we tend to neglect - shoulders, back and neck. We'll incorporate breath work into the mix of all of the above, and end with a sweet, extended savasana.

This Workshop is appropriate for all levels of yogis, runners, cyclists and athletes.
